Good sleep is very essential for a Healthy Lifestyle. it is said that 8 hours of sleep is must for everyone. A new Research report from Centro Nacional de Investigaciones Cardiovasculares says that cardiovascular diseases are becoming a very common and dangerous disease in the world. Heart diseases can only be prevented by better treatment exercise, balanced diet and taking enough sleep.

Sleeplessness or lack of sleep can also be the major reason for heart diseases. This report also says that the people who sleep less than 7 hours a day have more chances to suffer from Atherosclerosis Disease. In this disease, the plaque of cholesterol accumulates in the heart arteries which blocks the blood circulation or blood flow in the body. so if you want to keep your heart healthy and fit, sleep for at least 8 hours a day, exercise daily and have a good meal every day.
