Water is most important for our body without water we can't use the nutrients that come from carbs proteins and fats because water is so beneficial and essential that it does mean that we can drink water whenever we want to.

Gulping a glass of water after and before the meal might be the most satisfying thing for you however this is the worst thing that you can do to your body when we eat a meal our body temperature rises for better digestion but drinking water just after meals instantly dilutes the gastric juices reducing the body's ability to digest food this way the food doesn't get digested properly and rots within the system and when food rots within the system not only fails to absorb the nutrients from it but also it brings along they just have problems like bloating gas acidity etc.

This is the reason you see people that I eat mostly healthy food but I am still I am not able to get the desired result I am not able to lose weight even though I am drinking enough water the reason is that you are drinking water before or after the meal. One small hack that I practice is instead of drinking water I rinse my mouth with it. It helps a lot.

In today's fast-paced life most people mindlessly drink water. Try besan ka chila once, this highly complex carbohydrate and protein food is the best option for you rather than your regular dosa which is must need in breakfast. To make Besan ka chila you need
  • Gram flour (1 cup)
  • Water (half  a cup)
  • Onions little bit
  • Tomato
  • Rock salt
  • Turmeric powder 
  • Ginger paste
  • Coriander leaves
This is the time you can customize them all according to your need. Mix all the ingredients completely. Take a  hot pan now and now add a little bit of mustard oil. Put two-three spoons of your mixture in the pan and spread it like you do with an omelet let it coom until its old color appears then flip it to the other side and cook it also remove it from the pan and serve it with curd(dahi) or any other chutney. It is super healthy and tasty too no one can eat just one. Now let's jump to number 2.

Tamarind rice is commonly known as "Pulli Hora" in some native language. It is one of my favorite Breakfast recipeit is tangy, tasty and healthy. Let's check its quick recipe.

  • Take a half cup of  rice and put it in boiling water in a utensil and make rice.
  • Now take a pan and heat it and put a spoon of ghee into it.
  • Once hot Add the mustard seeds.
  • Add Curry Leaves, Peanuts, Turmeric, rock salt, heeng.
  • Take some tamarind and boil it in water.
  • Add this tamarind in the pan after some time.
  • Cook until it thickens and takes its consistency
  •  Finally, add boiled rice and give it a good mix.
That's it your tamarind rice and ready to be served well-balanced with complex carbohydrates and protein and light healthy fats from peanuts bet option for a good meal. The next one is more easy let's talk about it.

This is my current favorite breakfast recipe. If you have sweet tooth now you will also eat it. I cook it whenever I get late for my work because it is so quick and easy to make that it hardly requires any skill and time. 

Just take a half cup of brown rice and boil it. Once it is boiled add 2-3 teaspoon of ghee in it and 2-3 tablespoons of jaggery powder (Shakkar).Mix well and add soaked almonds in it so easy, isn't it? It is so tasty and divine that it tastes like eating Prashad at a temple. I just love it, surely worth to try. Let's talk about number 5.

5. Curd Rice

Now if you are facing any diet-related issue then you must go for it. I highly recommend you this delicious curd rice recipe first thing in the morning lets checks about its quick recipe.

Take half cup of rice boil the rice and keep them aside. Next in a pan put some mustard oil and keep the flame low. Add some cumin seeds and mustard seeds in the pan and let them crack now add curry leaves add a pinch of Hing add rock salt for taste saute the mixture for a while add boiled rice into it and then add some curd around 200gm and fresh leaves of coriander mix well.

This recipe is not only tasty but it contains most of the important nutrients needed for our body. The pro-bacteria present in the curd is especially the most effective in this dish when consumes first thing in the morning work best for our stomach so try eating this healthy dish regularly for 10 days for digestive issues and you will see all your digestive problem disappearing.

Put some cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon in it now let them sprout now add some ginger and add some onions in it add curry leaves and turmeric powder, rock salt, chopped tomato in it and gently saute it add a few cashews and thoroughly mix them Put a title bit of water and add a little bit of broken wheat(Upma) into it. Mix all the ingredients completely and cook them well that's all cashew upma is ready.

Well balanced with carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats. Cashew upma again an ideal solution for the breakfast.

Now the thing is that there are n number of toothpaste available in the market.Every other month there is a new toothpaste launched in the market.How do we decide which toothpaste to buy and which not??

Let's begin the category no. 1

Category 1.

Colgate, Pepsodent and Close-up These are the most popular brands of India and these are the Colgate's which include moat of the chemicals and some extremely harmful chemical also.

Sodium Laurel sulphate is  one example.If you find sodium Laurel sulphate in any of your toothpaste please consider changing it.

It is because of the SLS (sodium Laurel sulphate) you taste everything bitter after doing toothpaste.SLS also causes skin irritation and mouth ulcers.SLS has been registered as an insecticide and used in making detergent.

Regularly brushing teeth with toothpaste containing SLS may lead to its deposit in the heart, liver, lungs and brain.

Next point of contenyyiois the amount of flaoride in these toothpaste.Yes there are many dentist who claim fluoride to be the best defence against toothpaste.Many studies have also proved the same. However, there have been some recent studies which suggest the contrary.

IS Fluoride in toothpaste is justified or not may be debatable but one thing is for sure that fluoride is poisonous.

Ingesting just 2.8gm of fluoride can kill 50kg of an adult.These toothpaste contain enough fluoride to kill a small child within 2-4 hours if ingested.The warning that children under 6 years should have adult supervision and should not swallow this is written for a reason.

We must understand that our mouth is highly absorbent So the chemicals lurking in the toothpaste get fasttrack into our blood stream.Specially children who swallow a large amount of the paste that they put in their mouth.

If fluoride is so poisonous then regularly brushing with a fluoridated toothpaste can definitely harm you in the long run.
One more thing that should be taken into consideration that the water we drink is fluoridated.

I woudwoul say that you should stop or continue using flaoridated toothpaste you are a better judge for yourself but personally I don't use it neither I recommend it.Specially when there are better toothpaste available in the market.

As for these commercial toothpaste forget flouride, they have so much more which should be avoided .Now let's jump to category no. 2 

Category 2:

Category 2 is that if toothpaste like sensodyne which have almost the same chemical as that of category 1 except that these do not contain flouride sulphate.

Just like the toothpaste in category no. 1 they have added artificial color and preservatives and Florida in them.

Now let's jump to our category no. 3

Category 3:

In category 3 fall toothpaste like Himalayan sparkling white which have chemical compositions without harmful chemical like flaurel sulphate.Himlayan sparkling white toothpaste also doesn't not contain fluoride in them.

Surely this toothpaste is better then category 1 and category 2 .

Now let's jump to category no. 4.

Category 4:

Toothpaste like meswak fall lies in the category 4 which is a non fluoridated toothpaste but it does have the other same chemical like in category no. 1, 2 and 3 .
Including the one like sodium Laureyl sulphate.Apart from SLS it also contains 
Triclosen which is also extremely dangerous chemical already banned in soaps.

Triclosen links to breats and testicular Cancer that's why you will rarely find triclosen in any toothpaste.

Meswak and colagate total are among the rare ones...Meswak also contains artificial color and preservatives.

Now let's jump to category no.5

Category 5:

Category 5 contains toothpaste like patanjali dant kanti..Another extremely popular toothpaste in India.

This toothpaste is much better then other toothpaste we had discussed above.It is made from no chemical but only herbal ayurvedic ingredients.It also doesn't have any artificial color added.

However the only thing which doesn't let me recommend is that it contains fluoride.
Now lets jump to category no. 6

Category 6:

Category 6 contains toothpaste like Ayush rocksalt toothpaste, Hindustan univer limited and whitening toothpaste rocksalt.
They have all herbal Ingredients and even doesnt have fluoride in it.

It however has artificial color and preservatives in it.Now let's jump to category no. 7

Category 7:

In category no. 7 falls Dabur Red toothpaste which has herbal ingredients and no flouride and not even artificial color.It is a great choice.Now lets talk about the last category and the best one till now.

Category 8:

This category contain toothpaste like vicco vajradanti, it is totally a herbal toothpaste without any chemical or any artificial color or preservatives.

It is the only toothpaste that doesnt even use flouride. It is a perfect mixture of 18 herbal ayurvedic ingredients.It is totally safe for kids.It is also very cheap as compared to any other above toothpaste.

In my opinion it is the best toothpaste according to indian market must go for it.
